- Choose something you actually enjoy
- Choose movement not associated with exercise – movement you wouldn’t have considered beneficial during your weight loss journey
- Connect to supportive reasons for engaging in movement – why do you want to move – choose reasons not related to changing your body’s shape (e.g. health, less pain, mental health)
