For this episode, I’m giving you 3 solid tips to take the intensity down on the Thanksgiving meal this year – so you can be more PRESENT and CONNECTED than ever!
- Eat enough for breakfast/snacks/lunch, etc. leading into Thanksgiving meal AND enough the day before – eat more than you think you need to!
- Remind yourself you can have these foods any time of the year – & believe it! (Example: plan to make/get a pumpkin pie for next weekend, etc.)
- Focus on loading your plate with SATISFYING foods & allow yourself full permission to go back for seconds, thirds, fourths, etc.
